Lovington code enforcement department on the job this morning in District 4. The registered owner of these large commercial rigs had been contacted numerous times telephonically after leaving this equipment on a residential street by a school for weeks. Vehicle was tagged and still no action. It is being towed today at the owner’s expense. Thanks to Commissioner Steve Perry for playing a part in this.
