The Army Combat Fitness Test, #ACFT, is a six-event test that assesses an individual Soldier's physical readiness. Trainees going through Basic Combat Training, #BCT, are tested three times prior to graduating to ensure they're physically capable of exceeding the U.S. Army standard before arriving at their first duty station. Complete as many reps as possible in 2 minutes of: Hand-release push-ups Rest 3:00 4. In 4 minutes, complete: Sprint, Drag, Carry Rest 4:00 5. Max plank hold Rest 2:00 6.
